About VISITING ANCILLARY SERVICES INC
Visiting Ancillary Services, Inc. (VAS) is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2010 that provides on-site dental, audiology, and vision care to residents of long-term care and skilled nursing facilities as well as through periodic family-clinic days at its offices.
VAS is tax-exempt (501(c)(3)) and has expanded its outreach to serve more than 100 long-term care facilities and several thousand patients; the organization emphasizes a ‘50% social / 50% clinical’ model focused on compassionate, low-cost care for elderly and medically vulnerable populations.
In recent years VAS has continued to operate through pandemic-related challenges, maintained and expanded visiting clinics and family clinic offerings, and reported program-service revenues consistent with a multi-million dollar annual operating scale.
