About PROJECT VISION HAWAII

Project Vision Hawai‘i is a Honolulu‑based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN: 27-2831637) founded in 2011 that works in partnership with communities across the Hawaiian Islands to promote health, happiness, and dignity for vulnerable residents. The organization operates mobile clinics and outreach units that deliver vision, medical, dental and hygiene services directly to people who face geographic, cultural, or financial barriers to care. In recent years Project Vision has expanded into housing and shelter support, operating pilot kauhale (tiny‑home) medical‑respite villages, mobile hygiene/shower units, and coordinated social‑service navigation (SNAP/Med‑QUEST enrollment, case management, and housing placement). Project Vision partners with hospitals, local governments, funders and community organizations to provide wrap‑around services and to scale mobile outreach statewide.
