About 4word

4word is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that leads, connects, and supports Christian professional women to integrate faith and work in daily life and leadership. The organization delivers digital resources (blog, podcast), local and global community groups, a structured mentor program, and leadership events to equip women at every career stage. Since its founding in 2011, 4word has grown into a national and global network with expanded programming in the last 2–3 years (community group growth, cohort offerings, Executive Women’s Forum and the BOLDLY conference) and maintains audited financial statements and formal accountability measures under its current leadership (President & CEO Melissa Harrison).
