About Denver’s Early Childhood Council
Denver’s Early Childhood Council (DECC) coordinates citywide early childhood services and supports to improve access, quality, and equity of early learning across Denver. The organization provides training, coaching, quality navigation, business services, and funding navigation for child care programs and early childhood professionals.
DECC partners with families, providers, government and community organizations to strengthen the local early childhood system; it became an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2011 and serves as Denver’s local hub for early childhood work.
