About HARLEY'S HOPE FOUNDATION
Harley’s Hope Foundation is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2010 that provides safety-net services so pets and their people can remain together when life’s challenges arise. The organization delivers financial grants for major or emergency veterinary care, temporary boarding and pet-support resources rather than operating as a rescue or adoption shelter.
In response to changing community needs, Harley’s Hope shifted in 2025 to focus its services primarily on older Colorado pet parents (age 50+) while continuing programs that address veterinary crises, short-term housing, pet food access and preventive education. The organization tracks client outcomes and reports high retention of animals in original homes following assistance.
Harley’s Hope combines direct case-based assistance with community distribution events and partnerships (pet food deliveries and pantry distributions) to reduce surrender and euthanasia for treatable conditions and to support seniors and low-income pet owners across the region.
