50 50 WOMEN ON BOARDS INC

50/50 Women on Boards is an active, donor-facing nonprofit founded to increase the representation of women — and specifically women of color — in corporate boardrooms through research, education, advocacy, and leadership development. The organization operates research initiatives (notably the Gender Diversity Index), training programs and workshops that prepare board-ready women and help companies and investors benchmark board diversity. In recent years the organization has published annual Gender Diversity Index reports, run public workshops and targeted corporate programs, and undertaken national awareness campaigns to influence board composition at publicly traded companies. The organization maintains a public web presence, regular programming, and recent leadership and reporting activity consistent with an operating 501(c)(3).
