About MICHIGAN CENTER FOR CLINICAL SYSTEMS IMPROVEMENT

Mi-CCSI (Michigan Center for Clinical Systems Improvement) is a Grand Rapids–based nonprofit quality improvement consortium that convenes payers, health systems, and other stakeholders to accelerate practice transformation and improve patient-centered outcomes. The organization delivers live and on-demand trainings, coaching, and tailored improvement support across topics such as behavioral health integration, pain and substance-use care, team-based care, and serious-illness communication.
