NEWTRAX INCORPORATED

Newtrax Incorporated is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2011 that operates group transportation services for partner agencies and community members in the northeast Twin Cities metro. The organization coordinates daily and circulator routes, vehicle and driver resources, and administrative support to enable partner providers — including agencies serving adults with disabilities and older adults — to maintain consistent access to work, programs, and community destinations.

In recent years Newtrax has expanded regional partnerships and secured public and private grant support to sustain and grow services. Operational reporting and publicly filed Form 990s show program-scale activity (multi-million-dollar program expenses in recent fiscal years) and routine service metrics such as providing thousands of client rides across regular service days and dedicated circulator routes serving seniors and people with disabilities.

Newtrax positions itself as a collaborative transportation hub: it provides vehicles, drivers, routing, and back-office services to reduce per-client costs for partner organizations while supporting mobility, social inclusion, and reduced vehicle emissions in the local communities it serves.
