Established the Jacaranda Communities of Hope model and delivered training programs across multiple countries (including Myanmar, Democratic Republic of Congo, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Kenya, Nigeria, Mongolia, Kurdish Iraq and others), creating local capacity to provide trauma-informed care for children.

Delivered Jacaranda trainings in Ukraine (2022–2023)

Expanded programming to Ukraine with multi-day Jacaranda trainings delivered to cohorts of local teachers, counselors and social-service workers (initial trainings held in Lviv in October 2022 and in Rivne in May 2023), equipping dozens of professionals to deliver healing-play and emotional-regulation interventions to children.

Secured foundation and donor support

Received philanthropic support from foundations and individual donors in recent years (including documented grants in recent fiscal years), enabling program delivery, staff care consultation, and expansion into new country settings.
