About Northern Colorado Beekeepers Association

The Northern Colorado Beekeepers Association (NCBA) is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit composed of hobbyist and commercial beekeepers in the Northern Colorado region. The group provides regular educational meetings, classes, mentoring (Bee Buddy program), and equipment-sharing to help beekeepers succeed.

NCBA runs community outreach (fair and Earth Day booths, school and garden talks), operates an annual honeybee package program and swarm response system, and maintains member services such as extractor and oxalic acid vaporizer loans, scholarships, and a mentorship network. In recent years (2023–2025) the club continued monthly programs, outreach events, and sold out its 2025 package order while expanding mentoring and member-support activities.
