About RECOVERYWORKS

RecoveryWorks is a Lakewood, Colorado nonprofit that provides respite, rehousing, and recovery services to people experiencing homelessness in Jefferson County and the west metro Denver area. The organization operates a Navigation Center offering drop-in basic needs and case management, bridge and transitional housing, medical respite services, and street outreach to connect unsheltered neighbors with housing, health care, and recovery supports. Since opening services in the early 2020s, RecoveryWorks has expanded housing capacity and community partnerships, published public IRS Form 990 filings, and undertaken facility upgrades to increase service hours and on-site health care access. Recent activity includes a bridge housing expansion in 2024, a Street Outreach program launch in 2025, and Navigation Center renovations that began in April 2025 to strengthen service delivery and healthcare partnerships.
