About MINDFUL FOUNDERS INC
Mindful Founders Inc. is a Colorado-based public charity founded in September 2024 to provide mental-health-informed peer support, coaching, workshops, and micro-grants tailored to the unique needs of independent entrepreneurs.
Since launch the organization has run recurring peer support circles, operated an emergency micro-grant program (closed for 2025 with a stated plan to reopen in 2026), and developed resources (blog, newsletter, curated reading) intended to improve founder wellbeing and business resilience.
Notable achievements
Organizational Launch (Sept 2024)
Founded by Alex Aryaan in September 2024 to address founder mental health and holistic support gaps not met by traditional small-business resources.
2025 Micro-Grant Cycle
Completed a 2025 emergency micro-grant program (deadline June 30, 2025) and reported a high volume of applicants in that cycle.
Recurring National Peer Series
Established a recurring, free monthly national peer-support circle (virtual) that continued through 2025 as an ongoing program offering.
