About BLUEPRINT FOR CHANGE INC

Blueprint for Change (BFC) is a Honolulu-based 501(c)(3) that provides fiscal, administrative, and programmatic support for a statewide system of Neighborhood Places located in vulnerable communities across Hawaiʻi. Through those Neighborhood Place sites BFC helps families at risk of child abuse and neglect by delivering case management, family support and strengthening services, information and referrals, food pantry assistance, and other community-driven services.

The organization has operated for more than two decades and functions as a central coordinating nonprofit that enables local Neighborhood Place sites to deliver culturally responsive, community-specific supports. In recent years BFC has continued to sustain and expand its Neighborhood Place network while reporting annual revenues in the low‑millions and maintaining audited financial filings for its fiscal years.
