Warm Hearts - Warm Babies, Inc. is an all-volunteer, Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that sews, knits, crochets and quilts layettes and other infant items for premature and newborn babies in crisis. The organization was granted tax-exempt status in 2000.
WHWB assembles and donates complete layette bags (each valued at approximately $250) and specialized NICU and bereavement items to hospitals, crisis pregnancy centers, shelters and community agencies across Colorado.
In the last 2–3 years the organization has focused on volunteer recruitment and program renewal while continuing steady production and distribution of layettes and NICU supplies to dozens of partner agencies statewide.
