Evergreen Music and Performing Arts (EMPA) is a Colorado-based nonprofit founded in 2025 to expand access to music and performing arts across Evergreen and the greater Foothills region. The organization focuses on performance programming, education and mentorship, and long-term facility development to create a year-round cultural hub.
