re:power Fund (stylized re:power Fund) is a 501(c)(3) public charity based in St. Paul, Minnesota that provides training, fellowships, and technical capacity to organizers, elected officials, and movement technologists to strengthen social-justice leadership and collaborative governance. The organization runs multi-week and multi-month programs — including the Collaborative Governance Academy and the Data x Power Movement Tech Fellowship — and partners with national foundations and movement organizations to deliver training and technology capacity-building. In recent years re:power Fund has expanded its national reach (the Collaborative Governance Academy has trained thousands of leaders across dozens of states) and reported fiscal growth, with reported fiscal-year revenue in the mid-single millions and net assets in the low double-digit millions.

Collaborative Governance Academy scale

The Collaborative Governance Academy (CGA), a joint initiative led by re:power Fund and partners, has trained more than 2,700 local and state leaders across dozens of states, with a high share of participants who identify as people of color and women or gender-expansive leaders.

Data x Power Movement Tech Fellowship

re:power Fund established the 10-month Data x Power fellowship to develop movement-centered data and technology capacity for civic organizations, producing cohorts of movement technologists and practical tools for organizers.
