About RESEARCH ADVOCACY NETWORK INC
Research Advocacy Network (RAN) is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Plano, Texas (formed in 2003) that builds bridges between patient advocates and the cancer research community to improve study design, trial enrollment, and the dissemination of research findings. RAN operates the Advocate Institute and a set of learning pathways (including a free Research Advocacy Basics self-paced course) and delivers training and virtual programming for individual advocates and organizations.
