COLLEGE PREP ELEMENTARY

College Prep Elementary (CPE) is a K–6 public charter school in Saint Paul, Minnesota, founded in 2009 to serve Hmong and other minority families through a small-school environment focused on college and career readiness. The school delivers research-based instruction in English-language development, literacy, mathematics, and science and partners with higher-education institutions and community organizations to support students and families. In the last 2–3 years CPE has maintained active operations as an authorized Minnesota charter (LEA #4193), posted its most recent Form 990s (fiscal year ending June 2024), and reported a financial turnaround in FY2024 after a FY2023 year with negative net assets. The school reports ongoing partnerships with Concordia University, the University of Minnesota, and the University of St. Thomas to strengthen teacher supports and student pathways to postsecondary opportunities.
