About CARING FOUNDATION OF MONTANA INC

The Caring Foundation of Montana (CFMT) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides preventive health services and education across Montana, with a particular focus on rural and frontier communities. CFMT operates the Care Van program and partners with local providers and the State of Montana to deliver vaccines, health screenings, dental sealants, sports physicals, and preventive education. Large-scale vaccine outreach

According to the organization, the Care Team has traveled more than 230,000 miles and helped deliver access to more than 40,000 vaccines since 2014. Dental and oral-health services

Governor’s Cup fundraising event

CFMT organizes the annual Governor’s Cup running event (a signature fundraiser) that attracts thousands of participants; registration fees and sponsorships from the event directly support the Care Van program and preventive health services across Montana.
