Minors, Inc. is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1984 (originally Minors In Need Of Resettlement) that began with family-reunification work for refugee children and now focuses on sustained education and welfare projects for highland ethnic minority children in Laos and Vietnam. The organization implements school- and boarding-school-focused projects (water systems, clothing, shelter, student supplies and basic health support), publishes annual reports and IRS filings, and maintains active project documentation for 2023–24; it also develops Hmong-language educational resources and fundraising activity in Minnesota.
