About Airport Foundation MSP
Airport Foundation MSP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based at Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) founded in 1982 to serve the airport community and traveling public. The Foundation operates Travelers Assistance and Meet & Assist services, an Arts@MSP program that places rotating visual and performing arts throughout the terminals, an Animal Ambassador (pet therapy) program, extensive volunteer programs, tourism support, grantmaking, and signature fundraising events.
The Foundation partners closely with the Metropolitan Airports Commission and other regional stakeholders to enhance traveler experience and support the broader aviation community. In recent years the organization has continued to expand volunteer and passenger services, mount arts and performance seasons in the terminals, maintain a large animal-ambassador therapy program, and host annual events and fundraisers that support its programs and grants to aviation-related initiatives.
