Life-Line Colorado
Providing education, behavioral health, recovery, re-entry, and community support services that create lasting change for youth, adults, and families across Colorado.
About Life-Line Colorado
Life-Line Colorado is a Denver-based nonprofit that delivers trauma-informed counseling, substance-misuse treatment, gang disengagement, re-entry supports, and career-readiness services for at-risk youth, people returning from incarceration, and their families. The organization operates community-based outreach (including a Violence Interruption Team), transitional and sober living supports, and school- and site-based programs designed to reduce recidivism and youth violence. In recent years Life-Line Colorado has expanded partnerships across Denver-area public schools and community providers, launched an alternative blended-learning co-op (HOPE Online Learning Academy), and served as a WAGEES reentry grant provider to connect clients to education and employment pathways. The organization combines clinical services, peer-led recovery supports, pro-social activities, and case management to help clients stabilize, re-enter community life, and pursue education or work.
