Flat River Outreach Ministries (FROM) is a Lowell, Michigan–based 501(c)(3) community organization that operates a food pantry, thrift store (Treasures), resource and referral services, family support programs, medical equipment lending, and an affordable/supportive housing initiative. FROM was founded in 1998 by a coalition of local churches and has grown from a small pantry to a multi-program community hub serving the greater Lowell area. In recent years FROM has expanded its housing work and launched a capital campaign to build and operate affordable, supportive housing while continuing core emergency-assistance services. The organization reports walking alongside more than 1,100 families each year through food, financial assistance, housing support, and related services.

Launched and substantially completed a 'Main Street Housing' project (a 17-unit affordable/supportive housing development) as part of the Building Foundations, Building Hope campaign; the project provides new deeply affordable units with capacity to house dozens of residents and included a public ribbon-cutting and community events in 2025–2026.

Raised multi-million dollars toward its affordable housing campaign and received significant foundation support (including noteworthy grants from local funders) to scale housing and emergency-assistance programs.
