About CREATIVITY UNLIMITED IN MICHIGAN

Creativity Unlimited in Michigan (CU in MI) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Grand Rapids that serves as the licensed Michigan association for Odyssey of the Mind. The organization coordinates regional and state tournaments, provides coach and judge training, supports teams from K–12 (and post-secondary) programs, and runs state-level programming that advances top teams to international World Finals.

CU in MI has maintained regular federal filings and financial activity in recent years and uses membership fees, tournament registrations, and modest contributions to underwrite program operations, trainings, scholarships and awards. The organization operates an active statewide calendar (regional tournaments, coach/judge trainings and a State Finals) and maintains an alumni initiative and scholarship opportunities for participating students.
