About The Thrive Network
The Thrive Network is a Colorado Springs-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on economic inclusion by equipping residents—especially those in under-resourced neighborhoods—with entrepreneurship skills, coaching, and career training.
The organization delivers weekly classes, individualized business coaching, mentorship, and community events designed to remove barriers (including limited access to capital, training, and network connections) so participants can launch and sustain small businesses.
In recent years The Thrive Network has expanded program partnerships and community-facing activities (including serving as a fiscal sponsor for local cultural events), growing its program reach and deepening support services for entrepreneurs and career learners.
