JEWISH FAMILY AND CHILDRENS SERVICE OF MINNEAPOLIS

Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis (legal name) is a long‑standing, donor‑facing 501(c)(3) human service organization based in Golden Valley, Minnesota that delivers counseling, senior services, career supports, children and family programs, and essential assistance to Jewish and broader communities. The agency traces its roots to 1910 and in recent years has expanded program reach and scale across the Twin Cities. In a major organizational development, Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minneapolis and Jewish Family Service of St. Paul united effective January 1, 2026 and now operate under the combined identity Jewish Family and Children’s Service of Minnesota (JFCS), maintaining locations and program sites in Golden Valley, Minneapolis and St. Paul.
