Mental Health Minnesota

Mental Health Minnesota (founded 1939) is a statewide, donor-facing nonprofit and the affiliate of Mental Health America serving people across Minnesota. The organization provides free, confidential peer support, online mental health screenings, resources and referrals, education and training, and public policy advocacy focused on improving access to mental health care and reducing stigma. In recent years Mental Health Minnesota expanded crisis response work by joining the statewide 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline network for text and chat response, continued to grow its Warmline and peer-support services, and partnered with schools and community organizations to deliver screenings, classroom resources, and prevention materials. The organization combines direct support services with legislative advocacy and public education to influence system-level change across the state.
