About ACCESSABILITY, INC.

AccessAbility, Inc. is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that provides vocational, day training, pre-vocational, and extended employment services to people with intellectual, developmental, and other disabilities as well as those facing barriers to community inclusion. The organization operates business services (production, assembly, printing, and social enterprise products) to create paid work opportunities and partners with schools, employers, and government agencies to place and support clients in community employment. In June 2026 AccessAbility consolidated operations with East Side Neighborhood Services, expanding program sites and reinforcing its role as a community hub for people who are low-income, newly arrived to the U.S., justice-impacted, or at risk of homelessness.
