Recognized in a Journal of Public Health Dentistry study for effective integration of dental therapists in safety-net practice, documenting increased access and operational efficiency.

Local infrastructure and access expansion

Purchased and began redevelopment of historic properties in Chisholm, MN into a Dental Access Hub with operatories and workforce housing to increase regional capacity and stabilize local dental workforce.
