Scott-Carver-Dakota CAP Agency, Inc. (CAP Agency) is a community action nonprofit serving low-income residents of Scott, Carver, and Dakota counties in Minnesota. Founded in the 1960s, the organization delivers a broad set of programs—crisis intervention, food and nutrition, housing supports, education and early-learning preparation, and community outreach—through offices in Shakopee and Rosemount.
