About FACE TO FACE HEALTH & COUNSELING SERVICE INC

Face to Face Health & Counseling Service, Inc. is a long-established Saint Paul nonprofit (founded 1972) that delivers integrated medical, mental health, housing, education/employment, and case management services for youth. The organization focuses on youth ages 11–24, using a relational, trauma-informed, equity-centered approach and wraparound supports to address the multiple challenges young people face. Face to Face operates a youth clinic and the SafeZone drop-in day shelter and runs housing and supportive-services programs for youth experiencing homelessness. The organization reports multi-year growth in reach and housing capacity (serving thousands of youth annually and substantially expanding youth housing), maintains audited financials and publicly posted IRS Form 990s, and is actively developing additional deeply affordable housing for young people.
