About LEGAL ASSISTANCE OF DAKOTA COUNTY LTD

Legal Assistance of Dakota County, Ltd. (LADC) is an independent nonprofit law office that offers free civil legal services to low-income people in Dakota County, with primary emphasis on family law (divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, domestic abuse and orders for protection) and additional clinics addressing consumer and housing matters. LADC operates through a mix of staff attorneys and a robust volunteer attorney program, running regular self-help clinics in partnership with the Dakota County Law Library, Dakota County Court, 360 Communities, and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services.
