About NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTHSOURCE

Neighborhood HealthSource is a federally qualified community health center (FQHC) founded in 1970 that operates multiple clinics serving north and northeast Minneapolis and the north metro. The organization provides primary medical care, OB/GYN and women & children’s services, behavioral health and substance-use treatment, telehealth, care coordination and community health outreach, with sliding-fee eligibility for uninsured and low-income patients.

Neighborhood HealthSource maintains HRSA Health Center Program funding and FTCA-deemed status, and has obtained Minnesota Department of Health Level 3 Health Care Home certification.
