Southern Anoka Community Assistance (SACA), commonly known as SACA Food Shelf & Thrift Store, is a 501(c)(3) community food shelf and basic-needs organization founded in 1976 and based in Columbia Heights, Minnesota. SACA operates a Community Market, morning markets, a thrift store, and a delivery program to serve Columbia Heights and surrounding neighborhoods including Fridley, Spring Lake Park, Hilltop, and NE Minneapolis.
The organization is an active, donor-facing nonprofit with an established web presence and a current listing in Minnesota’s charities registry; the EIN (41-1272131) was confirmed against Minnesota state charity records and is published by the organization.
