St Paul Area Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training Fund (operating as the St. Paul Electrical JATC) is a registered apprenticeship sponsor in Saint Paul, Minnesota that prepares electricians through classroom curriculum, blended learning, and supervised on-the-job training. The program is jointly sponsored by IBEW Local 110 and area electrical contractors and focuses on producing safe, skilled journeymen through a multi-year apprenticeship pathway.
