About MINNESOTA ADOPTION RESOURCE NETWORK

MINNESOTA ADOPTION RESOURCE NETWORK (operating as Foster Adopt Minnesota / FAM) is a long-established, non-placing nonprofit based in Saint Paul that provides statewide information, referral, clinical supports, training, and permanency services for adoptive, foster and kinship families and the professionals who support them.

The organization operates signature programs including the Zero Kids Waiting recruitment work, the HELP Program (clinical warmline and therapist referral network), the Post-Permanency Navigator (one year of post-finalization support), and the State Adoption Exchange/Permanency Hub partnerships. In recent years FAM has continued to scale operations and funding — reporting annual revenues in the multi-million-dollar range (approximately $4.1M in FY2024 and $3.6M in FY2025) while expanding trainings, public awareness campaigns, and kinship-focused events following its 2023 rebrand to Foster Adopt Minnesota.
