Designed and launched the Prime Path loan product to provide long-term, lower-cost financing for permanently affixed manufactured homes in Minnesota, creating a new pathway to homeownership for buyers who previously lacked affordable options.

Partnerships with local/state housing programs

Served as a partner to county and municipal homebuyer and preservation initiatives (including Hennepin County and City of Saint Paul programs) and participated in Minnesota Housing funding efforts to deliver targeted downpayment assistance, home repair, and affordability projects in the Twin Cities.
