Youth Frontiers Inc is a Minneapolis-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that delivers school-based retreats and educator programs designed to build student character, social-emotional skills, and positive school climate. Founded in 1987, the organization partners with K–12 schools and community groups to run themed retreats (Kindness, Courage, Respect, Purpose, etc.) and leadership programs for students and training for educators and parents. In recent years Youth Frontiers has continued statewide and regional programming, reporting tens of thousands of student and participant contacts annually and publishing annual impact and financial reports to demonstrate program reach and fiscal stewardship.
