DREAM OF WILD HEALTH

Dream of Wild Health (DWH) is an intertribal, Native‑led 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Minneapolis that operates a 30‑acre farm in Hugo, MN and an urban presence on Franklin Avenue in the Phillips neighborhood. The organization runs culturally grounded youth programs, seed stewardship and a community food distribution program (Indigenous Food Share) that reconnect Native families to traditional foods, medicines and lifeways. DWH centers Indigenous food sovereignty through education, job and leadership training for Native youth, seed conservation (including a rare seed collection donated by Potawatomi elder Cora Baker), and partnerships that build distribution channels and market opportunities for Native producers. In recent years the organization has expanded farm infrastructure, launched a capital campaign, and grown program participation and production.
