NATIONAL SPORTS CENTER FOUNDATION

The National Sports Center Foundation (NSCF) is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates the National Sports Center campus in Blaine (northern Minneapolis area), a large multi-sport complex serving youth and community athletics. The foundation runs year-round programs, tournaments, training, and facility operations across field and ice sports; it also manages the NSC Fund for Play to expand access and equity. In recent years NSCF has continued to host major events (including the Target USA CUP youth soccer tournament and PGA qualifying rounds at Victory Links), invested in field and accessibility projects, and reported substantial operating activity: the organization reported roughly $17.5 million in revenue and $19.3 million in expenses in fiscal year 2024 with total assets reported near $20.5 million. The campus and programs produce significant visitor economic impact for the region and serve millions of annual visitors. NSCF operates through partnerships with state and local sport agencies (including a longstanding relationship with the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission), local governments, and community organizations to provide youth programming, tournaments, facility rentals, and inclusive access initiatives such as adaptive golf and recreational opportunities for families and participants of all skill levels.
