About GUILD

Guild is a Saint Paul–based 501(c)(3) that provides integrated, person-centered mental health, housing, and supported employment services for people living with serious mental health challenges and for people experiencing long-term homelessness. Services include mobile community treatment (ACT/TCM), crisis support and short-term residential stabilization, supportive housing and rental-assistance programs, evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment services, homeless outreach teams, and transition-age youth services. Guild holds third-party accreditations and public transparency seals and in recent years has expanded its housing and outreach capacity through multi-year contracts and major foundation and intermediary grants to scale rental assistance and street outreach programs in the Twin Cities region.

Notable achievements

Hearth Connection supportive housing award (2024)

Awarded a multi-hundred-thousand-dollar contract/grant to manage rental assistance and supportive housing services (reported program funding of approximately $1.76M in 2024) to expand housing stability and case management capacity.

Major regional foundation grant (2025–2026)

Received foundation support from regional funders, including a six-figure Otto Bremer Trust award to support integrated mental health, housing, and employment services across the Twin Cities.

County contracts for street outreach

Secured public contracts to provide mobile street outreach and crisis/stabilization services for county behavioral health systems, expanding outreach to unsheltered individuals in suburban and regional jurisdictions.
