ALLIANCE HOUSING INCORPORATED

Alliance Housing Incorporated is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit that develops, owns, and manages deeply affordable housing throughout the city with an explicit commitment to serve people earning very low incomes and those with past evictions, credit issues, or criminal histories. The organization operates exclusively in Minneapolis and emphasizes relational, flexible property management and partnerships that connect residents to onsite supportive services.

In recent years Alliance has expanded its portfolio and impact: it reports operating across 27 buildings and hundreds of homes in Minneapolis, housing several hundred neighbors annually and prioritizing long-term stability for residents who are often at high risk of homelessness.
