About SAINT PAUL FESTIVAL AND HERITAGE FOUNDATION

The Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation (SPFHF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that produces the Saint Paul Winter Carnival, a long-running public festival celebrating the city’s history, culture and winter traditions. The organization programs a multi-day, family-focused slate of parades, ice and snow sculptures, competitions and community events across Saint Paul.
