TOGETHER FOR GOOD

Together for Good is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 41-1794220) that partners with local churches to provide crisis and respite care for children while parents face crises or chronic stress. The organization trains and supports volunteer host families and parent advocates, delivering trauma-informed, culturally competent caregiving and relational support with the goal of preserving families and preventing foster care. Founded in 2017 in Saint Paul, MN, TFG operates an upstream model that prioritizes child safety and family preservation through short-term hostings, in-person visits, and relational case management. Services are coordinated by professional staff who supervise volunteers and work directly with participant parents to stabilize crises and connect families to resources. In recent years the charity has expanded beyond Minnesota into multiple states and scaled its volunteer and church networks; in 2025 TFG reported serving hundreds of families and children and recording thousands of in-person visits through a growing multi-state network and a national office in Saint Paul.
