About American Indian Family Center
American Indian Family Center (AIFC) is a St. Paul–based 501(c)(3) community organization that delivers culturally grounded behavioral health, recovery, family, youth, housing, employment and elder services for American Indian families in the Twin Cities metro. Services and programs are explicitly rooted in traditional ceremonies and cultural practices to support healing and family wellbeing. AIFC operates as a community gathering place and direct service provider, serving roughly 700 American Indian families each year and partnering with tribal communities, foundations, healthcare systems and local funders to expand culturally responsive care and opportunities for youth and families. The organization maintains public accountability and transparency standards and has an active public website describing programs, recent organizational updates, and opportunities for community involvement.

Designated an approved National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site (2024), enabling recruitment benefits such as student loan repayment incentives for eligible clinical staff.
