Conservation Corps (doing business as Conservation Corps Minnesota & Iowa) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and AmeriCorps grantee based in St. Paul, Minnesota that recruits and trains youth and young adults for natural-resource conservation, outdoor restoration, and disaster response projects across the Upper Midwest. The organization operates year-round field crew programs and semester-based youth programs that combine service projects (trail building, habitat restoration, shoreline and erosion control, tree and shrub planting, prescribed burns) with leadership development, workforce training, and community engagement. Conservation Corps partners with federal, state, and local agencies, parks, and nonprofit land managers to deliver measurable conservation outcomes while providing participants with stipends, education awards, and professional development.
