About LIVING SERVICES FOUNDATION

Living Services Foundation (LSF) is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1996 that develops, owns, and operates long-term care and senior housing campuses. The organization focuses on providing a continuum of care—skilled nursing, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and home health services—rooted in local community needs. Strategic campus acquisitions

Expanded its direct operations through major campus acquisitions — including St. Clare Living Community of Mora (acquired 2009) and Minneota Manor (acquired 2013) — preserving local access to skilled nursing and assisted living.

Expanded continuum of care

Built out continuum services at owned campuses (skilled nursing, assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and, at St. Clare, a home health operation launched in recent years) to support transitions from hospital to community and in-place aging.
