About FRASER INDEPENDENT LIVING PROJECT IV
Fraser Independent Living Project IV (EIN 41-1943697) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit housing project affiliated with Fraser that operates Independent Living apartments in Richfield, Minnesota (Apple Grove Court). It provides one-bedroom, smoke-free, HUD-partnered rental housing for adults with developmental disabilities who can live independently with minimal supports.
The project is managed as part of Fraser Community Living, which operates multiple Independent Living sites across the Twin Cities and integrates housing with community-based supports and activities. In recent years Fraser has continued to expand integrated health and behavioral supports at the organizational level (including Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic designation and expanded psychiatry services in 2024) and has implemented operational upgrades such as a new electronic health record system to better coordinate care for residents and clients.
