About HEARTH CONNECTION

Hearth Connection is a Minnesota-based nonprofit intermediary that partners with government, philanthropy, and direct-service providers to strengthen the state’s supportive housing network and advance long-term solutions to homelessness. The organization provides convening, capacity-building, fiscal and programmatic oversight, and technical assistance to regional collaboratives and provider partners across Minnesota, and acts as a fiscal agent and administrator for rental assistance and supportive housing programs. Hearth Connection operates statewide from its Saint Paul office and in recent years has managed multi-million-dollar program portfolios that serve hundreds to thousands of people exiting or at risk of homelessness.
