OUTREACH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Outreach Development Corporation (ODC) is a Plymouth, Minnesota–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that develops, acquires, and preserves affordable housing in the west-metro Twin Cities. The organization works with municipal partners, faith communities, private investors, and service providers to deliver housing projects that include connections to supportive services. ODC operates a housing-with-services model in close partnership with Interfaith Outreach & Community Partners (IOCP), placing affordable housing in communities such as Plymouth, Medina, Wayzata and surrounding towns and linking residents to food, employment supports, child care, transportation and other services.
